Here are my 3 tips for buying your dream home in the spring:

1. Get pre-approved for a mortgage. It pays to get pre-approved before you go out and find your dream home. First off, it doesn’t allow you to look at homes that are out of your price range. Secondly, you’ll be ready to jump on your dream home once you find it…beating out the other buyers waiting on their pre-approval to submit with their offer.
2. Hire your Realtor! You can’t find your dream home on your own. You need a professional that will spend everyday looking for homes that fit your perimeters. It takes a village to find and buy your dream home…don’t delay in finding your Realtor to lead your search!
3. Location, home perimeters, and price! In order to find and buy your dream home in a spring market, you must know what your dream home looks like and where those homes are! In a competitive spring real estate market, a narrowed and specific search will find you your dream home!
